Classes cover everything you need to know with no prior experience required. You’ll learn how to recognize signs of distress, treat common injuries, perform CPR, and safely handle emergencies like choking, poisoning, bleeding, or heatstroke.

What You Will Learn

Identifying Emergencies

Learn to identify an emergency when it’s happening in both dogs and cats, and the steps you can take to prevent them when possible.

Safe Handling Techniques

Learn veterinarian approved handling techniques to keep yourself and your pet safe through an emergency.

Conscious Emergencies

Learn to treat conscious emergencies like choking, bloat, allergic reactions, wound care, and other illnesses and injuries.

Replace Panic with Knowledge

In an emergency situation time is your most important resource. Through this course you will become equipped with the knowledge to handle emergencies quickly and confidently.

Unconscious Emergencies

Learn to treat unconscious emergencies like heart attacks, seizures, and drowning.

You won’t always have a pet first aid kit handy. Through this course you’ll learn practical ways to bandage wounds, apply a splint, and transport your pet using not only professional supplies, but also everyday items you have around the house.
