I have had a lifelong passion for animals and ensuring the highest level of care for pets. For over seven years I worked as a pet professional managing a large dog daycare and boarding facility. During that time I took multiple online first aid training courses, but eventually I wanted to take my knowledge farther. I knew that the better equipped I was, and the better equipped the people around me were, the better the level of care and safety we were able to provide. So I made the decision to get certified to be able to teach pet first aid and CPR to others.

Located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, my Australian Shepherd, Ella, and I have been teaching classes for local Twin Cities dog daycare and boarding facilities for over three years now. It is a joy to be able to use my real-world experience handling various emergency situations to teach and equip pet professionals and pet parents to provide a higher level of care for their own pets, and the pets entrusted to them.

As for Ella, she just loves being the center of attention, so she never minds tagging along to class.
